spent time in the dojang …. training with lists and vaccination only … seems so far away and unreal now …
working in the studio was frustrating, no ideas, no excitement, no motivation ….

a great trip to Lisbon with C. / was so happy to get out of Germany and to see and experience a different country … plus sunshine, good food, light, the sea …
then the war began … protest in Berlin

I spent three days in Luxembourg for two workshops in a school (Lycée Aline Mayrisch). One short one for teachers and one two – day long workshop for students.
I had been a tiny bit anxious about how I would feel doing this: a. in Luxembourg, b. in a school …
But, it was fine, more then that, it was a really good experience, in more the one sense. I surprised myself in more then one way and the students surprised me with their commitment and their willingness to try out what I suggested they do …
A good and also pretty tiring experience … of course the train trip to and from Luxembourg didn’t go as planned, but it never does … I was more then exhausted when I got back and felt ill immediately … 30 minutes after arriving home I was running a fever … How amazing a body works … it knew I had to get home before I could get ill …
So, Christmas in bed for me this year …
And it’s not so bad … I feel a bit better already and I enjoy not having to do much …
